Cartoon Studio 1.5 is now live on the App Store. This finally provides the most requested feature of Cartoon Studio, being able to create your own characters from your own photos, as well as other tweaks and enhancements. Here’s the full list of what’s new:
New Features:
✔ You can now create characters with your own photos
✔ You can now search the web from within the app for images to import as backgrounds or characters
✔ When adding your own photos for backgrounds or characters you can now adjust (resize and position) them first
✔ Game Centre Achievements (iOS 4.0 and higher only)
Enhancements:
✔ You can now change art styles when editing a cartoon
✔ When exporting cartoon images to email or device photos, they can be automatically split up into separate images containing 1-10 cells (configured in settings)
✔ Improved UI performance in twitter #CartoonStudio feed
✔ Improved inbuilt web browser (used in twitter feed, web image search)
